How She did it:
She make a home make ink pad by placing a piece of light colored felt in a small plastic container. First stamping the congratulations using StazOn Ink on the felt. Next she used reinkers on top of the stamped image. This allowed her to place the ink colors precisely where she wanted for inking her image when stamping the cards.
