February Stamp Clubs

I am so excited to get you the February Club projects while it is still February!  Not only that, but because of the school vacation week here in the Northeast, my Hyannis club isn't even meeting until next week.  If you would like to join us to make these fabulous projects, please contact me today!

This fun card uses the Bootiful Occasions Stamp Set found in our 2012-2013 Catalog.  I made the fur trim using our white gel pen.  When I saw this card design  by Mary Fish, I knew that we had to make it.

I love the boldness of this card!  The Honeycomb embossing folder is so hot right now.  To easily cut the hexagons for the inside, run your designer paper through the folder before you cut to make it super simple, and get the perfect size.  To create the second layer of the cake, first make a "mask", cover over the first layer and stamp the second layer over it, that will allow your flat bottom to look rounded.  I'm not sure who the designer is on this card, but I have to say that I thought it was fabulous!  We used the Topsy-Turvy Celebration Set.

This card I made as part of a Creating Clubs that Rock class.  The girls at my club thought it rocked, it was voted as one of the 2 favorite projects this month.  We made this card by embossing the Swallowtail Butterfly stamp with Iridescent Ice(I used clear EP with a dusting of glitter on this sample).  We then brayered on Old Olive Ink onto the Glossy White card stock.   I did find that because the butterfly is so detailed that I had to go back in with a sponge and get a little more ink between some of the finer lines.  This card is absolutely beautiful for any occasion.

Fun and simple.  Make a Wish is a great birthday set to have on hand for making birthday cards or invitations.  The Top Note Die should be a staple in every paper crafter's die collection.

This card designed by Becky Roberts is what made me decide to buy the All Dressed Up Bundle.  Even thought the card looks difficult, it is actually very simple to put together.

*Please note that the Pop 'n Cuts Card Base and Dress Form are not included in the Bundle (right side top 2 images).

Who wouldn't love this little photo album?  We used a variety of DSP, so that everyone's had a different style.  This sample shows it with papers from the Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack.  The Feel Goods Stamp Set in the Spring Mini Catalog should not be overlooked.
