Christmas Projects

I wanted to share a few projects I have made. I don't know who the original designers were, so unfortunatly I am unable to give them credit. I hope you enjoy!

One of the great things about being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is attending our groups bi-monthly shoe box swaps. Here are a few of the cards I stamped tonight. Each person that attends brings a card sample and all the products and card stock (pre-cut) to make her card. The cards may be original designs or "cased" from somewhere else.

Happy Birthday Abi

I made this card for my sisters birthday, I was only about 3 weeks late. Is that still fashionably late? I hope so. I did call her on her birthday. Anyway one of my wonderful customers had brought a printout of this card that she had found on SCS (here is the original http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1067578?cat=14649) to open stamping night. I wanted my card not so red and green so I went with the Bella Rose DSP.

Birthday Party Baskets

We had a surprise birthday party for my MIL the weekend before last. I made 40 of these little baskets and placed them around the centerpieces. Again, I used my Big Shot with the Baskets & Blooms Bigz XL Die. I used Bella Rose DSP, matching ribbon and Rhinestone Brads. These were very easy to cut. I just folded a 12" x 12" piece of paper in half and ran it through the BS. Assembling took a little longer, these can be a little tricky. I did find using sticky strip is the best way to hold them together. Everyone loved them (they were filled with kisses).

Halloween Party

My kid's school is having a Halloween party tomorrow night and this is a basket I put together for the raffle. I was so happy with the way it came out. I used my Big Shot with the Serif Essentials Die and Ghostly Greetings DSP to create the letters. For the tag I used a piece of chipboard I had and my circle and scallop punches with the stamp from Batty for You. Hopefully the winner will be as excited about winning it as I was about putting it all together!

Halloween Photo Album Class & Kit

OMG! As most of you know, I have so far been the queen of CASE (copy and share everything), until now. About a month ago I took a class with Karen English to make these great little accordion books. I took her idea and designed this FABULOUS (I must say) little Halloween Photo Album. This picture does not do it justice, you must see it for yourself. I am sooooo proud of this. And I must also say that I love my Big Shot. The kitty in the pictures is my oldest on her first Halloween. Yes, I made the costume. You didn't know I could sew too did you? Okay, I really can't, that costume took me way longer to make than it ever should have. I am so glad I ended up finding my niche.

Don't worry, I am not leaving you out. I am offering a class to make this little book. Classes will be held in my SPOOKY STAMPING DUNGEON on October 18th at 6:00pm. All supplies will be included for $25 and you will also receive A SPOOKY GIFT from me!
Kits may be availabe for purchase after Saturday. Please let me know if you are interested in one.

Morning Tile Camp

Today are my tile camps and I thought I would share a few pictures from this morning. Everyone went home with 2 sets of tiles, some opted for 3. They all came out beautiful! I had a talented bunch of girls here today. I am sure whom ever they decide to give them to will love them (if they can part with them).
If you couldn't make it to one of today's camps, keep an eye on my class schedule, I will most likely have another later this fall.

Open Stamping/Cropping

I held my first Open Stamping/cropping session last Thursday night, and it was a big hit! Pictured are Nancy, Katie, Liz, and Wendy. Everyone had fun playing with all the tools and catching the creative bug.
My next Open Stamping/Cropping night is September 30th at 6:30, but don't wait to sign up, there are only 3 spaces left.
